I don’t like my product, can I return it?
We’re sorry to hear that, but we understand sometimes things don’t work out. We’ll gladly accept returns of unused products within 30 days of receipt or purchase.

We do not offer refunds on health and personal care items but we do have a 100% money back guarantee on our Bar range.
How does your 100% Performance Guarantee work for your Bars?
1. Order your Bar – every Bar in our range is 100% Performance Guaranteed.
2. Try it – give it a whirl at home.
3. Love it or your Money Back – If you’re not happy with the performance, email us and we’ll refund the purchase price of your Bar.
3. Can I get a refund for the shipping/postage of my return?
We provide return labels when necessary for the following product issues:
- Faulty
- Arrived Damaged
- Incorrect / Wrong variation
Please reach out to us via our Contact Us form here so we can assist you with your return.
If your return reason does not fall under any of the categories above, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs and is non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item
If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will not be included in your refund.
4.How does your refund process work?
If a refund is applicable, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds/credit are granted (if applicable) such as; products with obvious signs of use or that have been opened, any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase/delivery (unless previously authorised).
Please note that items ordered on sale, are in Last Chance or Seconds are not applicable for refunds.
If your order had used a discount code or gift card, the discounted amount will not be included in the refund. Discounts and Gift Cards are not refundable.
5. I’ve returned my items, when will I receive my refund/credit?
Please track your returned parcel, as return shipments may take longer than regular ones. While we aim to process returns and refunds/credits quickly, please allow up to 30 days for inspections and refunds/credits after your parcel has been received. You’ll receive an update from us, or feel free to contact us via the “Contact Us” form for a warehouse check. Note that all returns are inspected.
Items ordered during a sale are eligible for store credit only.
If your refund has already been confirmed but hasn’t appeared in your account, it typically takes 3-5 business days (excluding holidays). If you don’t see it after this time, check with your bank or credit card company, as refunds may take additional time to post.

6. Can I return an item I bought on sale?
Items bought on sale can be returned but they are only eligible for store credits. They cannot be refunded unless they are damaged on arrival or faulty.
7. Can I return your product that was gifted to me?
If the item was sent to you as a gift (and you have purchaser details or receipt) we can offer you an easy return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you via email. Please contact us first at [email protected] or through here. Alternatively, the purchaser can contact us.
8.International refunds/exchanges (if applicable)
We offer a refund ONLY for faulty/damaged items. Please send us your order number through [email protected].
We do not offer exchanges for faulty items.
9. International returns (if applicable)
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase/delivery.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We are not able to refund/credit this.
The returned item must be in unused condition and in the original packaging.
Once the item is received, inspected by us and a refund/credit is approved, the original shipping costs will not be included in the refund/credit.
