1.How much is shipping within USA?
We offer Free US Standard Shipping on orders $175+ (excluding orders with glassware)
Standard Shipping: We usually ships within 1-2 business days but due to the Easter long weekend & Anzac Day our dispatch has increased to 3 business days. Place your order early to ensure your products arrive in time.
For orders under $175, we have a $17.99 Flat Rate
Delivery Timeframes: Standard Metro 3-6 business days, Standard Regional: 4-13 business days.
Express Shipping: Ships within 24 hours (Mon-Thurs)
$25.99 Flat Rate
Delivery Timeframe: Express Metro 1-3 business days, Express Regional: 2-5 business days.

2.How much is international shipping?
International shipping is available with standard shipping only as outlined below in AUD. It will be converted to your local currency within your order.
New Zealand: Standard Tracked Shipping – $30
AU: Standard Tracked Shipping – $50
UK: Standard Tracked Shipping – $50
Worldwide: Standard Tracked Shipping – $45
*Please note all international orders are subject to import and/or customs charges, which the receiver/customer is liable for. Seed & Sprout cannot be responsible for these additional charges.

3. I just placed my order, when will my items ship?
We normally dispatch within 1-2 business days however due to the Easter long weekend & Anzac Day our dispatch has increased to 3 business days. Place your order early to ensure your products arrive in time. Dispatch emails with tracking details can sometimes go to the spam/junk folder but if it has been over 4 business days since you placed your order, there is no pre order item and you haven’t received a dispatch email, please get in touch here. If you require your order urgently, please select Express Shipping during checkout. We ship all Express orders within 24 hours (Mon-Thurs).
Please note that if your order contains any pre order item, your entire order will be held until all items are in stock.
4. If I place an order with items on pre-order, will my items ship separately?
All orders with a pre order item will be held until all products are in stock. We will need to wait for all of the items to be available before we can ship the entire order.
If you need anything urgently, we recommend placing a separate order.

5. Why does my order not qualify for free shipping?
Orders containing any of our glassware range are excluded from free shipping due to the increased weight and special packaging required to ensure these delicate items arrive safely. These measures help prevent breakage during transit but also result in increased shipping costs. We understand the importance of your glassware reaching you in perfect condition, and we strive to maintain high standards of service. Thank you for your understanding!
About Returns

2. Can I get a refund for the shipping/postage of my return?
We provide return labels when necessary for the following product issues:
- Faulty
- Arrived Damaged
- Incorrect / Wrong variation
Please reach out to us via our Contact Us form here so we can assist you with your return.
If your return reason does not fall under any of the categories above, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs and is non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item
If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will not be included in your refund.
3. How does your refund process work?
If a refund is applicable, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds/credit are granted (if applicable) such as; products with obvious signs of use or that have been opened, any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase/delivery (unless previously authorised).
Please note that items ordered on sale, are in Last Chance or Seconds are not applicable for refunds.
If your order had used a discount code or gift card, the discounted amount will not be included in the refund. Discounts and Gift Cards are not refundable.
4. I’ve returned my items, when will I receive my refund/credit?
Please track your returned parcel, as return shipments may take longer than regular ones. While we aim to process returns and refunds/credits quickly, please allow up to 30 days for inspections and refunds/credits after your parcel has been received. You’ll receive an update from us, or feel free to contact us via the “Contact Us” form for a warehouse check. Note that all returns are inspected.
Items ordered during a sale are eligible for store credit only.
If your refund has already been confirmed but hasn’t appeared in your account, it typically takes 3-5 business days (excluding holidays). If you don’t see it after this time, check with your bank or credit card company, as refunds may take additional time to post.

5. Can I return an item I bought on sale?
Items bought on sale can be returned but they are only eligible for store credits. They cannot be refunded unless they are damaged on arrival or faulty.
